TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, we will provide you with all materials developed or produced by us up to the date of termination.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of EU laws.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral. No amendment to these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
